my fellow gaian friend, DIANE, just included me in the FRIDAY FIVE. so now, i'm tagging YOU!

in case you don't know what the FRIDAY FIVE is, here's the scoop: i have five
questions i will answer on my blog...and then tag five friends with the challenge to do the same.

The questions (with the answers following them) are:

1) What are you thankful for today?

today i'm thankful that i'm computer/internet-literate/savvy and can negotiate my way around my sites and then some, flawlessly (and sometimes in basic html!)

2) What do you appreciate about the Earth?

i appreciate its abudance and richness and all that she has to offer her occupants.

3) Who is the last person you said "thank you" to?

my son, james. i said thank you to him for including me in his prayers -- and what a lovely job he did with praying, too!

4) When was the last time someone thanked you?

yesteday my friend manon thanked me for cheering her up -- and by text, no less!

5) What is your favorite way to say thank you?

straight-up, to the point. and my actions speak louder than my words, sometimes.

YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO was proud to donate a gift package, which included a signed copy of the book by author, Arnie Gonzalez, (and other YKWTD items) to Kris Waldherr's "Tarot for Obama" fundraiser. The fundraiser was held at Kris' art gallery, Art & Words in Brooklyn, NY on Oct. 17, 2008.

Hello Friends,

As some of you may know, my brother and I worked on a book together called, You Know What To Do. To support Breast Cancer Awareness Month we’re offering a special “Pink” Limited Edition of YKWTD (see the announcement on my profile.) 15% of all sales will be donated to breast cancer research. We're grateful to all of you who have supported YKWTD in so many ways, and we're grateful to have our mom alive who is a breast cancer survivor!

Hi Friends!

I worked feverishly on putting YKWTD's profile on Gaia this morning! I'm finally done -- and happy with it. You know, I get so obsesesed -- changing fonts, changing colors, adding photos, re-wording content -- I could be revising that page all day! But, I've stopped, taken a deep breath and a mindful moment to say to myself that perfection may be in the eye of the beholder! So, I'm leaving it all to you, the beholders, to view now... and I hope you find it... pleasing!

So, friend us! Find YKWTD in the membership, and the funky, mysterious glyph that is the icon photo. Anyone care to guess what the glyph is?
